虽然我的跑步开始于酒醉后的迷迷糊糊,但跑步已经促成了我生活方式的改变,我总是在跑步时和我经过的每个人分享。不论是低落、疾病、不开心、不舒适抑或任何其他侵入我们生活的负面情绪,跑步都是一种可行的途径,不必进行大的变革,也能扭转生活。
